4. AI Services & Message Processing
Certain user interactions on our platform (including the real-time simulation sandbox and chatbot demo) are processed by automated artificial intelligence systems. By querying these elements, you understand that your inputs will be processed by Large Language Models (LLMs) to recommend automation structures and qualify project requirements.
To protect your business secrets, please do not input proprietary databases, client records, or passwords into public-facing chat demos prior to executing a formal B2B Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with us.
6. Third Party Platform Syncs
Artisiti custom-builds API bridges that connect your business data to external services. Depending on the system architecture we build for you, data may sync with:
OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Make.com, Airtable, Slack, Calendly, Twilio, Meta (WhatsApp API), Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
These external platforms maintain their own distinct security controls and privacy guidelines. Artisiti is not liable for data processed or retained by these platforms once successfully dispatched via standard secure API webhooks.
7. Data Security Safeguards
We deploy industry-standard technical and organizational security controls to protect client information. This includes end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption for all data transits, single-tenant backend sandbox models, and strict token-access protocols.
However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or cloud storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure. While we deploy strict fail-safes, we cannot promise absolute database immunity.
8. Data Retention Policy
We retain your project information, contact submissions, and automation setups only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational business goals, deliver ongoing maintenance services, or comply with legal audit requirements.
Upon completion of a project or contract termination, we purge or securely anonymize all client databases, credentials, and webhook log details according to our standard data-deletion procedures.
9. Your Rights & Data Controls
Under global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold the following rights regarding your personal and business data:
- Access: The right to request copies of your data processed by us.
- Correction: The right to amend or correct incomplete or inaccurate data entries.
- Deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”): The right to request the complete purge of your logs.
- Data Portability: The right to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of Consent: The right to withdraw consent for processing (which may limit our ability to maintain your systems).
To exercise any of these controls, please submit a formal request to our privacy desk at hello@artisiti.in.
10. International Client Processing
Artisiti operates globally. Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries outside your residence (including servers hosted in the EU, USA, and India by premium cloud hosts such as Vercel, AWS, or Google Cloud). By utilizing our website or services, you understand that your datasets will be processed under standard cross-border data transfer safeguards.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services and website systems are strictly intended for corporate B2B clients, business entities, and adults over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or target information from children under the age of 13.
12. Amendments & Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When updates occur, we will adjust the “Last Updated” timestamp at the top of this document. We encourage corporate clients and visitors to review this page periodically to remain informed about our data handling protocols.
